Meet the Garg Family! Aren’t they so adorable?? You can tell from these photos that the Garg’s are just the most fun people. It’s obvious that they adore each other, and it’s the sweetest thing. This was our first session together, and Arushi told me it was her family’s first time taking photos together in years! The Garg’s little one, Vir, had just turned five; so his parents wanted to capture this time since he is growing up so quickly! You don’t actually need a reason to take family pictures, but this is a pretty good one. So take this as your reminder: the best way to memorialize your kids in their current stage of life is to get pictures of it! 

I’m sure I’ve said it before, but I love being able to take photos of families because little kids bring so much fun to a session! Vir was no exception to this. He was a picture taking pro and gave me all the smiles. He really lit up when I threatened a good tickle! We got so many good shots from tickle sessions. As you can see in their photos, this Texas family wasn’t afraid to let loose and laugh with one another, which always makes for such memorable photos. To add to all the fun, Arushi actually borrowed her dress from my client wardrobe! Isn’t it beautiful? 

We chose the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center for the Garg family photos because Vir had his birthday party at the new play area there. It just felt fitting! We were so lucky that the weather worked in our favor–– it was a beautiful night with perfect weather! There were beautiful yellow flowers all over the Arboretum that added just the right touch of color to the Garg’s photos. These guys were the definition of ideal clients! I absolutely loved working with them and hope to work with them again in the future!
